| Draw a circle. Draw and extend the horizontal and vertical centerlines. |

| Construct the inscribed hexagon (regular six-sided polygon) of circle 1, pointing up. |

| Construct a circle centered at the righthand intersection of circle 1 and the horizontal centerline, passing through the nearest upper angular point of hexagon 2. |

| Construct the inscribed pentagon (regular five-sided polygon) of circle 3, pointing to the right. |

| Construct the inscribed circle of pentagon 4. |
| 6. |
| Copy circle 5 to the upper intersection of circles 1 and 3. |
| 7. |
| Construct a circle concentric to circle 3, tangent to circle 6 at the upper side. |

| Copy circle 5 to the upper intersection of circles 1 and 7. |
| 9. |
| Construct a circle centered at the lefthand intersection of circle 5 and the horizontal centerline, tangent to circle 3 at the lefthand side. |
