SC AND HOW TO SUBSCRIBE

Updated  Wednesday 3rd May 2000

Each issue of SC contains the very latest news, reviews, reports and lively features on all the significant events in the circles world, nationally and internationally. A photo gallery of recent formations appears as a regular item and complete listings of each season’s crop circles fill the summer and autumn editions. Conferences are reported on, upcoming dates highlighted, and new cerealogical books and video releases reviewed, among deeper speculative and thought-provoking articles. SC has been first into print with many important discoveries and developments.

SC is produced by members of Southern Circular Research and edited by Andy Thomas, author of the book Vital Signs, which has been described by many as the definitive guide to the circle phenomenon (see Books and Videos by Andy Thomas). SC prides itself on the high quality of its articles and information. In addition to its squad of excellent contributors and correspondents, including Steve Alexander, Karen Douglas, Lucy Pringle, Marcus Allen (UK editor of Nexus Magazine) and Barry Reynolds, it has two regular columnists; the renowned Michael Glickman, author of Corn Circles, whose witty and incisive Cornography page has become famous for calling spades spades and stirring croppies to higher aspirations, and Danny Sotham’s notorious slab of circular comedy The A-Z of Cerealogy which continues an SC tradition of including lighter satire among articles of depth.

You can learn more about the origins of SC and SCR and the people behind them on our More About Us page, and can obtain any past issue from our back catalogue on our Back Issues page.
