Reconstruction of the 2016 Westbury White Horse formation | ||

| Draw a circle. Draw and extend the horizontal and vertical centerlines. |

| Construct the inscribed hexagon (regular 6-sided polygon) of circle 1, pointing up. |
| 3. |
| Copy circle 1 to the top of hexagon 2. |
| 4. |
| Copy circle 1 to the lower angular point of hexagon 2. |
| 5. |
| Construct a circle centered at the intersection of the righthand side of hexagon 2 and the horizontal centerline, tangent to circle 1 at the righthand side. |

| Copy circle 5 to the center of circle 1. |
| 7. |
| Construct a circle centered at the upper righthand angular point of hexagon 2, tangent to circle 6 at the upper righthand side. |

| Copy circle 7 to the lower righthand angular point of hexagon 2. |
| 9. |
| Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, passing through the lefthand intersection of circles 7 and 8. |
| 10. |
| Construct a circle concentric to circle 3, passing through the lower righthand intersection of circles 4 and 7. |
| 11. |
| Copy circle 10 to the center of circle 4. |
| 12. |
| Draw the connecting line between the center of circle 1 and the lower intersection of circle 10 and the vertical centerline. Divide this line into nine equal parts. |

| Construct eight circles concentric to circle 3, passing through the division nodes 12. |
| 14. |
| Copy circles 13 to the center of circle 4. |
| 15. |
| Copy circle 7 to the top of hexagon 2. |
| 16. |
| Construct a circle enclosed by and tangent to circles 8, 9, and 15. |
| 17. |
| Copy circle 16 to the top of hexagon 2. |
| 18. |
| Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, tangent to circle 17 at the upper side. |
| 19. |
| Create the shown pattern, by removing all parts not visible within the formation itself from circles 1, 3, 4, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, and 14. |

| Copy pattern 19 five times (by repeating all necessary steps), while rotating around the center of circle 1, each 60° apart, as shown. |
| 21. |
| Circles 6, 9, and 18, and patterns 19, and 20, make up the final reconstruction. |

| ...or to flattened crop, and finish the reconstruction of the 2016 Westbury White Horse formation. |
