Reconstruction of the 2019 Nun's Walk formation | ||

| Draw a circle. Draw the horizontal and vertical centerlines. |
| 2. |
| Construct the inscribed square of circle 1, with horizontal and vertical sides. |
| 3. |
| Construct four inscribed equilateral triangles of circle 1, each pointing to one of the angular points of square 2. |
| 4. |
| Draw twelve rays of circle 1, to the angular points of triangles 3. Number these rays clockwise 1 - 12, starting at the top right. |

| Construct the inscribed dodecagon (regular 12-sided polygon) of circle 1, by connecting all consecutive end-points of rays 4. |
| 6. |
| Construct the inscribed circle of dodecagon 5. |
| 7. |
| Construct the inscribed equilateral triangle of circle 6, pointing up. |
| 8. |
| Construct the inscribed circle of triangle 7. |
| 9. |
| Construct the inscribed equilateral triangle of circle 8, pointing up. |
| 10. |
| Construct the inscribed circle of triangle 9. |
| 11. |
| Copy circle 10 to the righthand intersection of circle 8 and the horizontal centerline. |
| 12. |
| Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, tangent to circle 11 at the righthand side. |
| 13. |
| Draw two connecting lines, between the intersections of ray 4 nr. 3 and circle 6 and ray 4 nr. 4 and circle 12, and the other between the intersections of ray 4 nr. 4 and circle 6 and ray 4 nr. 3 and circle 12. |

| Repeat step 13 eleven times, for all other pairs of adjacent rays 4. |
| 15. |
| Draw two connecting lines, between the intersections of ray 4 nr. 3 and circle 12 and ray 4 nr. 4 and circle 8, and the other between the intersections of ray 4 nr. 4 and circle 12 and ray 4 nr. 3 and circle 8. |
| 16. |
| Repeat step 15 eleven times, for all other pairs of adjacent rays 4. |
| 17. |
| Draw two connecting lines, between the intersections of ray 4 nr. 3 and circle 8 and ray 4 nr. 4 and circle 10, and the other between the intersections of ray 4 nr. 4 and circle 8 and ray 4 nr. 3 and circle 10. |
| 18. |
| Repeat step 17 eleven times, for all other pairs of adjacent rays 4. |
| 19. |
| Circles 1, 6, 8, 10, and 12, and lines 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18, are used for the final reconstruction. |
| 20. |
| Remove all parts not visible within the formation itself. |
| 21. |
| Colour all areas corresponding to standing... |
| 22. |
| ...or to flattened crop, and finish the reconstruction of the 2019 Nun's Walk formation. |

| The final result, matched with two aerial images. |
