Reconstruction of the
2026 Waden Hill formation
1.
Draw a circle. Draw and extend the horizontal and vertical centerlines.
2.
Construct the circumscribed hexagon (regular 6-sided polygon) of circle 1, pointing up.
3.
Construct a circle centered at the righthand intersection of circle 1 and the horizontal centerline, passing through the upper righthand angular point of hexagon 2.
4.
Construct the inscribed hexagon of circle 1, pointing up.
5.
Construct the inscribed hexagon of circle 3, pointing up.
6.
Construct a circle centered at the lefthand intersection of hexagon 5 and the horizontal centerline, tangent to the righthand side of hexagon 4 .
7.
Copy circle 6 to the center of circle 3.
8.
Construct the inscribed pentagon (regular 5-sided polygon) of circle 3, pointing to the right.
9.
Construct the inscribed circle of pentagon 8.
10.
Draw two rays of pentagon 8, from the center to the upper and lower angular points.
11.
Copy circles 3, 7, and 9, and lines 10, to the lefthand intersection of circle 1 and the horizontal centerline, while mirroring with respect to the vertical centerline.
12.
Construct a "two-points" circle (defined by the two end-points of a centerline) between the lefthand intersections of circles 7 and 9 with the horizontal centerline.
13.
Construct the vertical centerline of circle 12.
14.
Construct two lines, parallel to the horizontal centerline, from the end-points of line 13, extending to the left upto inner circle 11.
15.
Construct a "two-points" circle between the lefthand intersections of circles 3 and 7 with the horizontal centerline.
16.
Construct a circle concentric to circle 15, tangent to circle 7 at the lefthand side.
17.
Construct the vertical centerline of circle 16.
18.
Construct two lines, parallel to the horizontal centerline, from the end-points of line 17, extending to the left upto outer circle 11.
19.
Circles 3, 7, and 9, lines 10, and circles and lines 11, are used for the final reconstruction.
20.
Remove all parts not visible within the formation itself.
21.
Colour all areas corresponding to standing...
22.
...or to flattened crop, and finish the reconstruction of the 2026 Waden Hill formation.
23.
The final result, matched with the aerial image.
