Milk Hill of June 2009 showed Earth’s sky on a partial solar eclipse of June 1, 2011, when five bright planets Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Uranus lined up at sunrise, and when Jupiter entered the first constellation of the zodiac (Pisces to Aries)

A three-part series of crop pictures near Milk Hill in Wiltshire on June 21, 23 and 30 has long posed an enigma to researchers. What were the crop artists trying to tell us? At first we thought they might be trying to tell us about an “extra planet” somewhere in Earth’s sky, or perhaps a “new comet”? Now with the benefit of four more years of crop pictures from 2010 to 2013 for study, a simpler interpretation seems indicated.

The primary metaphor as drawn in crops at Milk Hill on June 21, 2009 was that of an “astronomical sextant”:

We were being told that we would metaphorically use a “sextant” to look up into Earth’s sky, on some future date, when we would see the Moon and five planets, all lined up in a row. That rare astronomical alignment took place on June 1, 2011, two years into the future from when the crop picture appeared.

On June 23, 2009, we were shown in crops the second phase of Milk Hill. Now we could see five bright planets numbered from “1” to “6” as they were aligned in Earth’s sky. The Moon “0” was on one side of Earth as seen from Milk Hill, while Mercury “1”, Venus “2”, Mars “3”, Jupiter “4” and Uranus “6” were on the other side:

Saturn “5” was located elsewhere in Earth’s sky on that day. A sixth object “X” was drawn near Jupiter, and was initially a cause of concern. However, we now have come to realize that it marks a point in the sky where Jupiter entered the first constellation of the zodiac Aries (see below).

Six rectangular “boxes” on the right represent “altitudes” as measured with a sextant. You can see one distinctive “box” for each astronomical object “1” to “6”, as they get higher in Earth’s sky. Similar “boxes” were also seen across the road at Stanton St. Bernard during 2012 in the “cathedral” crop picture (see www.youtube.com or www.youtube.com). Could both crop pictures have been made by the same artist?

There were in fact three different astronomical events of significance on June 1, 2011: (a) a partial solar eclipse, (b) a rare alignment of five bright planets as seen from Earth, and (c) Jupiter entering the first sign of the zodiac from Pisces into Aries:

This is why the Milk Hill 2009 crop picture seems so complicated! If we look closely at the symbol “X” which was drawn near Jupiter, we see that it looks like a “solar eclipse”:

It marks where in Earth’s sky the first sign Aries of the zodiac begins, relative to Jupiter “4” nearby, on the date of a partial solar eclipse as June 1, 2011. At first we were reluctant to include any kind of “astrological” meanings in our understanding of modern crop pictures. Yet with the appearance of many astrological crop pictures in late July or August of 2013, showing a “Grand Trine” or “Grand Sextile” of planets close to that date, it has become clear that the crop artists belong to a culture which values astrology more highly than we do here on Earth today, in our particular time and space.

The first two phases of Milk Hill 2009 on June 21 or 23 are thus satisfactorily understood. Now on June 30, 2009 there appeared a third phase which seems more intricate still:

Who in their right mind could believe that local lads from Wiltshire made all of those symbols, stretching for 500 meters, using rope and boards? We can see a long line of assorted symbols, proceeding to the right from open circles “1, 2, 3, 4, 5” which represent five aligned planets Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter or Uranus.

Those symbols appear quite Mayan in nature. They show “pyramids”, the “Mayan number 13”, “serpents” or even a bird resembling a “turkey”! Some of the symbols, for example a “serpent”, are repeated on line 1 for Mercury and line 5 for Uranus. Could these strange symbols be telling which signs of the zodiac each planet will pass through, using a system of astronomy that seems “alien” to us today on Earth? Might there be another dimension for a “parallel Earth”, in which the ancient Mayan civilization did not die out, but went on to rule the world?

It seems hard to imagine how “extra-terrestrial aliens” from a distant star could have made Milk Hill of June 2009. Rather it seems more likely that such field messages are being sent to us from humans in a parallel dimension, following the “many worlds” theory of quantum mechanics. Such a scenario has been popularized through a science-fiction TV show called “Fringe” starring Anna Torv, Joshua Jackson and John Noble. Could art be imitating reality?
