I discovered this very interesting message by rearranging the
letters of the names which geographically locate this crop circle
UNITED KINGDOM, BEDFORDSHIRE, CLAPHAM, OAKLEY:
COM ARMY KONA BLUE PROG DEKLASIFIED H ET HIDDN.
This means more precisely:
Communication (of) army (about) Kona Blue program declassified (one
more time) human ETs (are) hidden. The declassified Kona blue
program is presented to the public on the AARO desk:

And the Department of Defense in the USA published this document on
March 6, 2024 in which we can read page 35 about the Kona Blue
program: “It is critical to note that no extraterrestrial craft or
bodies were ever collected”:
I now invite you to carefully observe the inscriptions at the top
right in the corner of page 1 which introduces this long US Defense
report. The number 10 appears large in gray color. The disk at
Oakley measures approximately 10 meters in diameter according to
witness Kevin Constant. The top of the number 1 crosses the capital
O of the word Open. This letter is comparable to a circle. The
disk reported at Oakley is perfectly circular in outline. Additionally,
it contains a unique erect plant (ONE). Obviously,
it should be noted that the acronym AARO is also included in a
circular frame image at the top of the page. Finally, the O
in Open is topped with the word CLEARED. Following from O we can
read CLEA. This suggests OAKLEY.
In conclusion, this simple, perfect little traceless disk with a
single upright plant in the center was made by extraterrestrial
intruders who complain about repeated denials by the US government
administration. These ETs also know that I have learned about their
methods of influence and no doubt find it useful (and amusing) that
I provide new proof here, even if I am publicly opposed to any
extraterrestrial contact for preservation reasons.
