“Counting” from 1 to 5 in crops: what could this mean?  

Whatever you may think of his “psychic” means of discovery, the Dutch crop artist (whether human or e.t.) is clearly "counting" from 1 to 5 in this recent crop picture near Standdaarbuiten. This could mean "5", or it could mean 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 = "15". Might it represent a time count in days past June 3-4, or it is just pure mathematics?
