This new crop picture, which appeared on June 11, 2020, seems to show the two “slip rings” and two round “brushes” of an AC electrical generator, in schematic stylized form.  A gear-like lay of crop in its largest central circle suggests some kind of turning motion, such as by the rotating conductive loop of an AC generator:
